Leadership
Jeremy Faulk
Jeremy is a Texas native who brings 20 years of experience as a seasoned business and military leader with expertise in operations, finance, strategy, and people management.
After graduating from Texas Tech University, he spent a short stint in banking at BAML before answering the call to serve in the United States Marine Corps. During his six years of service, he had the honor to lead teams of mechanics, techs, and truck drivers during missions in Afghanistan, supporting humanitarian relief efforts in Asia, and across nine additional countries as both an Executive Officer and Company Commander.
Using business school at Dartmouth as a transition point, he then spent three years as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, partnering with executives and leading teams. During his time, he worked alongside them in boardrooms, hospital facilities, call centers, construction, and repair sites to help improve operations, go-to-market strategies, and commercial operations delivering hundreds of millions in value. Never afraid to roll up his sleeves and work the front line, with clients or senior leaders, Jeremy decided to pursue business ownership rather than a career in advisory services
Since his youth, Jeremy has always held various jobs that have been both educational and entertaining. Some of these jobs include Congressional Intern in D.C., outdoor guide (climbing and whitewater kayaking), lifeguard, waiter, camp counselor, delivery driver, ballroom dance instructor, Sun and Ski sales rep, and birthday host at Chuck-E-Cheese.
Jeremy loves traveling and exploring with his wife Rebecca and two boys, Connor (age 2) and Bennett (age 5). Both his boys have lived in multiple countries, explored many states, and have been on skis.
